We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments at least one week in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available.
As a courtesy to other clients and our specialist, please give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid full charge. A credit card number or advanced payment will be required at the time of the booking.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time, we have to finish on time regardless of time you came.
Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in a credit card charge of the entire price of the missed appointment or loss of non-refundable deposit. By booking your appointment online, you agree to this term and condition and to the credit card charge.
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express – with proper identification.
Health Conditions and Pregnancy
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your reservation. NuImage can not be held responsible for any information not provided to us at the time of service. If you are pregnant or breast feeding services cannot be provided.
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment and service. All needles are one time use only. We adhere to strict Department of Health guidelines.
Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menus without advance notice. The prices quoted on this Website are quoted in U.S. currency and are billed in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not refund or offer exchanges or transfers on packages. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all treatments at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable since NuImage is purchasing materials for your appointment that we are unable to return to the manufacturer.
Right of Refusal
NuImage Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.
If for any reason we fail to meet your expectation with any of our treatments, please let us know within 24 hours of your service.
Loss or Damage
NuImage cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit
At NuImage Wellness Services we value your privacy, and we are committed to maintaining your security and confidentiality in the use of any private information you choose to share with us. We do not disclose identifiable information to any third party without your consent. Further, we do not sell, rent, or otherwise allow the unauthorized outside use of personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or e-mail addresses in our database without your permission

Treatment packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. After 6 months the package will no longer be valid. Treatment packages can not be transferred to another client once the treatments have began.
